Dear all,
It’s been a while my friends, and I hope this blog finds you in good form.
While writing to you, due to the position of my desk, I’m able to watch the trees blowing in the wind and the noisy, eager gusts causing the few leaves left to dance. Then there are the passing grey clouds giving the forest a good wash.
I’m lucky enough to live by the forest, and thankfully we are having a mild February. And joy of joys, the light of day continues to lengthen.
Some might say this weather is dreary, depressing and soul-destroying. Others might say it has atmosphere and interest. Maybe they find it uplifting to watch nature’s show.
It always fascinates me how each person sees the seemingly same thing or situation through their own personal point of view. It gets me wondering if there is ever a time when two or more people see exactly the same thing?
While one person looks out on the rain and feels miserable and gloomy, another feels joy and freedom. While another may not really notice anything at all. There are as many ways of seeing the same thing as there are people.
It’s like there are three different realities in this world: what you see, what everyone else sees and what actually is!
That is one reason to always try and have a positive outlook. You can either let hardship and tough times get the better of you, or you don’t. Really the choice is yours. And we all know which one makes for a happier life.
The tough times will come; the ups and downs in life. But how do you deal with them? That’s what mostly shapes you.
I hope you choose a positively attitude and see the good and fun in life as much as you can.
Anyway, until the next time, I wish you all a well, productive and happy life.
Love, Mark
